Brett Thomas Torres

Brett Thomas Torres, 50 from Santa Fe, NM passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 13, 2018, he was born on April 28, 1967 in Omaha, Nebraska to Patricia and Joseph F. Torres Jr.
He is preceded in death by his father Joseph F. Torres Jr, and his brother Matthew R. Torres.
He is survived by his mother Patricia E. Torres, brothers Mark (Jenevie) and Bruce Torres, daughters Crystal Manzanares, Beverley and Danielle Torres, grandchildren Joseph, Aaron, Mariah, Katelyn, Jayden, and Justin, nephews Andrew and Bronson Torres, niece Victoria Torres.
Brett was a lifelong resident of Santa Fe, NM, he graduated from St. Michaels High School in 1985. He enjoyed golf, fishing, and spending time with his family as well as his dog Whiskey. He brought joy to all whom surrounded him.
Pallbearers: Bruce, Mark, Andrew and Bronson Torres, Steven Gallegos, Leon Lopez and Andrew Hickerson.
Honorary Pallbearers: Grandsons Joseph and Aaron.
A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 7:00pm at the Kiva Chapel of Light.
Mass will be on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 10:00am at the Cathedral Basilica.
Burial will be at a later time.
