Domitilia Antonia Cortez

Domitilia Antonia Cortez – Age 78 a former resident of Youngsville and current resident of Española passed away on Friday, November 3rd, 2006. She was preceded in death by her parents: Benedito and Angelina Salazar; husband, William Wyman; sisters: Marcelina Serrano, Mary Lujan, Eufelia Martinez and a brother, Jesus Maria Garcia. May their souls rest in peace. She is survived by her husband, Joe R. Cortez of Youngsville; son, Larry Wyman and wife Tina Quintana of Española; daughters: Joann Cardenas and husband Johnny and Kathy Wyman all of Española, Benedita Quintana of Chili and Julie Wyman of Española; sister, Josephine Garcia; 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Monday, November 6th, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Block-Salazar Mortuary. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 7th, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Española. Burial will follow at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Johnny and Gabriel Cardenas, Earl Lawrence Martinez, Jesse Quintana, Pablo Dominguez and Gary Lujan. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be all of her great-grandchildren: Khristan Dominguez, Monique Martinez, Christopher Archuleta, Angel Dominguez, Jayden Martinez and Annika and Kane Dominguez.
