Gema C. Lujan

Gema Lujan – Age 61, was received into the arms of Jesus Christ at sunrise on the 14th day of July, 2007 with her loving husband at her side. Those that knew her will always cherish her love of life.

Gema's loving and giving heart was a blessing and inspiration to all the family and friends. She touched many lives with her positive attitude and sense of humor. She will be dearly missed and never forgotten.

Gema was born on September 22, 1945 to Zenaida and Rosendo Baros. She married Jerry P. Lujan in S.F.. She was preceded in death by her brothers Eloy and Tony Baros. She is survived by her husband, Jerry P. Lujan of S.F.; children: Dewey Loveless,wife Mani & son Paul Romero of Albq., Zena Loveless of S.F., Eugene Garcia of Phoenix, AZ, Teresa Uranga & husband Joe of Española, Tina Brooks of La Mesilla, and Jerry Lujan, Jr. & wife Pam of La Mesilla; brothers and sisters: Nick Baros & wife Perfelia of S.F., Mary Trujillo of Albq., and Flora Vigil & husband Joe of S.F.; and her aunt Emilia Garcia of Phoenix, AZ; sister and brother-in-laws: Mela Romero & husband Robert of S.F., Belma Sandoval of S.F., Leroy Lujan of Santa Cruz, Ida Berry & husband Lee of Weatherford, TX, Arthur Lujan & wife Ada of Santa Cruz, Johnny Lujan of Santa Cruz, and Vickie Padilla & husband Gary of Alcalde; grandchildren: Angelo Juan Haugen of KS, Jonathan Loveless of S.F., Joshua Mossman, Dominic and Lorenzo Loveless of S.F., Renee Naranjo and Julian Bustos of La Mesilla, Desiree, Estevan, and Brandon Lujan of La Mesilla, Justina, Jerome, and Noel Uranga of Espanola, and numerous other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at 5:30 p.m. at San Ysidro Catholic Church on Agua Fria with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at 11:30 a.m. at the San Ysidro Catholic Church. Burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. at the S.F. National Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Jonathan Loveless, Jerry Lujan, Jr., Ben Martinez, Johnny Baros, Leo Marquez, and Rick Glaze.
