Gene M. Panas

Gene M. Panas Age 35 of Truchas, NM. passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday August 15, 2006 in Albuquerque. He was born on January 26, 1971 in Espanola to the late Jose M. and Mary A. Panas who preceded him in death, as well as his nephew Juan Ignacio Sanchez. He was employed with the Laborers Union # 16 in Los Alamos, NM. and is survived by his loving brothers and sisters; Michael Panas of Truchas, William Panas of Espanola, Corrine Trujillo and her husband Pete of Espanola, Vivian Trujillo and husband Arnold of Truchas, Ralph Panas of Truchas, Lucy Sanchez and husband Felimon of Ojo Sarco, Charles Panas and wife Dolores of Truchas, Jacob Panas and wife Suzanne of Truchas, and Irene Panas and husband Jeff of Penasco, nephews and nieces; Sheri, Paul, Bryan, Kevin, Albina, Daniel, Matilda, Jose, Joshua, Jacob, Jr., Maria, Calista, Raelynn, Arianna, Isaiah and Makayla, as well as many other members of the family and many friends. An evening devotional service will be held on Friday August 18th at 7:00 pm in the chapel of Block-Salazar Mortuary in Espanola. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am at the Smith Memorial Presbyterian Church in Truchas, with a committal service to follow at the Los LLanitos Cemetery in Truchas. Serving the family as pallbearers are: Michael, Ralph, Charles and Jacob Panas, Paul Trujillo and Jeff Montoya. The family of Gene M.
