Although we only met Grant in brief encounters at his studio or shows, his warmth and kindness are still with us. We (all) are fortunate to have his art to display in our homes and to rekindle our memories.

A few years back I purchased a few pieces of Grant's art in Asheville. Grant was there and we discussed the native themes in alot of his art work. Being half native I gave Grant a book I love called "365 days to walking the red road." Grant I hope you enjoyed it and look forward to seeing you again on the other side my brother. To his family, I'm grateful to have some of the work he was so passionate about in my home and will cherish it, thank you.

So very sad to learn of Grant's death while visiting AT Hun Art Gallery in Savannah where some of his work is displayed. He left a lasting impression in his artwork and through his warm and friendly nature. Randy & I met him at his gallery in Dahlonega during "Trailfest" a few years ago. So very sorry for your loss. Mindy- I was so sorry to hear of Grant's illness and his passing. I lost my Todd last year and I know you will have many ups and downs. He was such a cool funny and sweet guy. May your loving relationship and lasting memories love and keep you! God Bless and hold you right now!!!!

This man was, is and always will be my favorite artist not only for his beautiful works of art and creative imagination, but also for everything that he did, believed in and stood for. I truly loved all of his work and it tears me apart knowing I will never see a new masterpiece from this wonderful man. I wish I had told him how much his work meant to me when I had the chance. Grant was one of the kindest people I was fortunate to get to know in 2014 and 2015. Simply put, he always went out of his way to inspire and help others to succeed!! He was such a wonderful role model for so many. I’m confident that his caring spirit (and beautiful creative artwork) will continue to inspire others! Quite a legacy.
