Biography


Isabel D. Mariscal -83 a resident of Dixon passed away on Wednesday Aug 23, 2006. She was a parishioner of The Embudo Presbyterian Church in Dixon. She is preceded in death by her parents; Levi Duran and Eloisa Brown-Duran, brother; Roger Duran, sisters; Beatrice Serratos and Sadie Morales, and her grandson Freddie V. Armijo Jr. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Antonio R. Mariscal, of Dixon, Son; Freddie V. Armijo of San Bernardino, CA., daughters; Anna E. Armijo of Los Angeles, CA., Rebecca E. Tafoya of Venice, CA., Evangelina I. Uribe and her husband Robert of Inglewood, CA., and Theresa A. Melgoza of Lennox, CA., a grandson whom she raised, Antonio Isaac Hernandez of Venice, CA., brothers; Levi Duran of Pensacola FL., Eddie Duran, Billy Duran, Bobby Duran, sisters; Florence Flores and Rosalie Duran all of CA, godson, Bobby Ledesma, 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild as well as many nieces, nephews and relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Saturday Aug. 26, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Chapel of Block-Salazar Mortuary in Espanola. A memorial service will be held on Monday Aug. 28 at 10:00 a.m. at The Embudo Presbyterian Church in Dixon. The family of Isabel D.
