Isabel Mascarenas

Isabel Mascarenas 86, a life long resident of Dixon passed away on Wednesday March 15, 2006. She loved to cook for her family and also spent her time making beautiful hand made quilts. She also enjoyed spending time in her garden. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ospicio Mascarenas, and her great-grandson Matthew Rendon. She is survived by her children; Juanita Rendon and her husband Pete of Leadville, CO., Stephen Mascarenas and his wife Rose of Albuquerque, Daniel Mascarenas and his wife Beatrice of Buena Vista, CO., Rudolpho Mascarenas and his wife Annabelle of Dixon, Orlinda Judy Mascarenas of Dixon, Lawrence Mascarenas of Santa Fe, Yvonne Valdez and her husband Roger of Dixon, Ruben Mascarenas and his wife Molly of Dixon, sister in-law; Eleanor Griego, 23 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 17th at 4:00 pm at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Arroyo Seco.
