Johnny Ernest Romero

Johnny Ernest Romero – Age 48 a resident of Fairview passed away on Saturday, August 12th, 2006. He was preceded in death by his father, Juan Andres Romero; and a brother, Billy Maez. May their souls rest in peace. He is survived by his mother, Mary A. Romero of Ranchitos; brothers: Emery Maez and wife Dolores; Abran Romero and wife Frances all of Española; sisters: Veronica Fernandez and husband Jake of Española, Vivian Martinez and husband Bernabe of Medanales, Karen Romero of Merced, CA, Margaret Trujillo and husband Lorenzo of La Mesilla, Katherine Romero and husband Felix of Belen and Angela Romero of Ranchitos; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Public visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 15th, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Block-Salazar Mortuary where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 16th, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. at La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Cañada. Burial will follow at 11:30 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Michael and Matthew Trujillo, Adelaido and Miguel Martinez, Rosendo Atencio, Joseph Emery Maez and Juan Antonio Maez.
