Juanita H. Martinez

Juanita H. Martinez – Age 86 passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2006, peacefully in Santa Fe at the rest home surrounded by family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cirilio Martinez; son, Frank Martinez; and grandson, Frankie Martinez Jr. She is survived by her children: Jake Martinez and wife Jean of Los Luceros and Carlos Martinez and wife Rosie of San Antonio, Texas; half-sister, Antonia Angiano and husband Carlos of Midland, Texas; four grandchildren; Christa O' Brien and husband Dennis of Santa Fe, Jeanelle Archuleta and husband Steven of Los Luceros, Carlos Martinez Jr. of Pojoaque and Jennifer Martinez of Los Luceros; great-grandchildren: Alisha, Amber, Aleah, Alanah, Abrem, Samantha and Tyler; and numerous other relatives and friends. Public visitation will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Block-Salazar Mortuary where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. A second rosary will be recited on Sunday, November 19, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Block-Salazar Mortuary. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Monday, November 20, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Española. Burial will follow at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Cemetery with the following serving as Pallbearers: Dennis and Christa O'Brien, Steven Archuleta, Jeanelle Archuleta, Carlos Martinez Jr., Jennifer Martinez, Pedro Atencio and Toby DeVargas.
