Margaret Lynn Allen, 59, of El Prado passed away on April 27, 2006. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ann Monical. She is survived by her husband, Jim R. Allen of Taos, father, Harold Monical of Alton, Illinois, sisters and brothers, Carole Ann (Don) of Florriant, Missouri, Kathy Manns (Gib) of Dorsey, Illinois, Jeannie Cowan (Bill) of Dorsey, Illinois and Rick Monical (Sue) of Godfrey, Illinois.

One of Lynn's favorite songs in high school was , the sun was like a "Red Rubber Ball". That was also like Lynn's cheery personality! I will never forget it, or her loving that song!

Lynn was one of my dearest friends in high school. I only saw her once after we graduated and I was on nursing school, newly married and a baby on the way. Thought of Lynn many times and am so very sorry to hear of her death. I was told she had Lupus. My thoughts and prayers are with all of your family.
