"Soar with the Angels, Pauly"
I remember my last conversation with you Pauly. That was several years ago on one of my few visits to Taos (Home). I always looked for you and most always saw and talked to you. Soar high Pauly because you earned your wings! My deepest condolances to all of the family. God bless and comfort you all.
Love, Dian

Pauly will be missed. Pauly is already missed. He is remembered by many of the hippie population, because he
didn't discriminate or belittle. Pauly was a sincere friend to those he chose to be friends with. I am glad to say that, for a small period of time, I was one of those lucky ones. Thanks, Pauly, for being a friend.

As I reflect on my days as a youth growing up in Taos, I remember many people that made Taos the special place that it was then and still is. Pauly was one of those people that made Taos a special community. Although I now live about 2,400 miles away from Taos, and only get to visit Taos, I am saddened to learn of Pauly's passing. I often found myself looking for Pauly during my visits to Taos. The community of Taos will not be the same without the familiar and friendly face of Pauly. My most sincere condolences to Pauly's family and friends.

As we all mourn the loss of our beloved Pauly,I wish to thank you, the family for asking me to read at the Mass of the Resurrection. It was truly an honor for me.
As, you probably remember, my first job was working at Taos Trading Co. on the plaza. Pauly would come to the soda fountain everyday and smile at me, very mischievously, and ask me for a chocolate milk with 5 spoonfulls of chocolate. I would always tell him "I'LL make you a chocolate milk but only three spoons of chocolate" he'd reply "ok how about four." and we'd laugh then he'd always ask me " How's your Mother?" I will miss him very much but I know that he is in Heaven looking down on us. God Bless you and all of your family.
Love Always,
Christina Montez

My deepest condolences for your loss. Pauly has been my friend since I was young girl. He used to walk us to school when we were in Elemtary school and when we were older he always made sure that we would get home safe from catechism. I will miss his smiling face selling me the paper and always watching over me. He is now a guardian angel in heaven.

God bless your family during this time of your loss
