Biography

Priscilla Gutierrez, 83, a resident of Ojo Caliente, passed away peacefully with her family and friends by her side on Thursday, February 7, 2019. Priscilla will be lovingly remembered for her beautiful personality, infectious smile, and true compassion for every person she met.

Priscilla was preceded in death by her parents, Urban and Rosita Gutierrez;
brothers, Rosenaldo Gutierrez and Tony Gutierrez. Also her sister Ignacita Romero. Priscilla was a loving mother.

She is survived by her two sons; Jose Gutierrez and Christopher Elebario of Ojo Caliente; brother, Urban Gutierrez (Maria); brother in law Max Romero; Special Nephews, Max Romero Jr., Larry Romero (Moira) ,Wayne Gutierrez, Sam (Yvonne).

Many other relatives and friends. Priscilla will live in our hearts forever and we will cherish the precious times that we had with her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 15, 2019, 11 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church Ojo Caliente, New Mexico.

The family of Priscilla Gutierrez has entrusted the care of their loved one to the Rivera Family Funeral Home and Crematory, Espanola, NM.

Priscilla, you were not just my Aunt but more my Sister we were raised together, since I was three (3)months old. I always loved our loving bantering and our serious conversations, coming to Ojo will
never be the same without you. I always loved you dearly, and I cry every time I don’t see you or your Son Joe you will always be remembered and will live forever in my heart my dear Sister and my beloved Joe. I miss you both so very much!!! I know you both are in God’s loving realm.

Mom you were the best she taught me the reality of this world . Death ,life and what being happy she is always in my heart and thoughts I will miss you mom and never leave your said when we meet again . I lost my world when you left mom and the world today is the most horrible place to be without you . I cry daily when you come to mind and you will always be in my heart . Until we meet again mom I always will love you . I miss you more each day that passes . My world ended when you went with God .
