To the family of Ralph E. Vail, , you are all so fortunate to have had Ruffy in your lives , what a wonderful man. We would always get so excited as children when Grandma would make the announcement that Ruffy and Margret were coming for a visit. To Margret, I am so sincerely sorry that the love of your life has gone, may you find comfort knowing what a wonderful husband and life you two have shared. All my condolences Kaugie.

Please know that Uncle Ruffy and your family are in our thoughts and prayers and we are very sorry for the loss of your loved one. I didn't get to see him often, but I do remember he was always smiling and laughing with a little twinkle in his eye. Please take care.
