Rosalie V. Chacon, 79, of Taos passed away on November 2, 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband, Leroy B. Chacon, parents, Pulidor and Ignacia Vallejos, brother, Celso Vallejos and sister, Glenda Anaya. She is survived by her children, Isabel Chacon (Peter), Leroy “Boy” Chacon, Sophia Chacon (Brandon), Pam Baca, granddaughter they helped raise, Krystal Montoya Martinez, grandchildren, Annette and Judy Maes, Desiree Montoya, Isaac and Martika Chacon, Brandi Hammer (Ryan), Michael Baca Jr. (Mari), Belarmino Maes (Larrisa), Breanna Martinez (Antonio), Rebecca and Raeann Baca and Andrew Duran (Louise), 21 great grandchildren, brothers and sisters, Ernest Vallejos (Anita), Gustavo Vallejos (Roberta), Gabriel Vallejos, Rebecca Aragon, Geneva Pacheco (Jerry), Laura and Mark Vallejos, many other relatives and friends.

Memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 11 AM at St. James Episcopal Church with interment to follow at Nuestra Senora de Dolores Cemetery. Arrangements by Rivera Family Funeral Home. To share a memory, please visit our website at www.riverafuneralhome.com
