My deepest sympathy. I had the privilege of meeting your mother. She was such a sweetie. You all will miss her, but know she will always be in your heart. May Our Lord give you His comfort and peace during this difficult time.

I worked with Ruby for years, she was so loved by every one who knew her and if she did not know you she made a point to introduce herself to you. Ruby was the sweetest lady and she had the biggest heart. Ruby had a great sence of humor and made everyone around her laugh. My children remember her and they just loved her. I will dearly miss Ruby and I will always remember her in my heart. I know she is in a better place right now. I am sure she has already made herself at home where she is and is comforted by THE GOOD LORD WHOM SHE REALLY LOVES
Rest In Peace Ruby and we will all someday be together again. I will always remember you and your beautiful smile.
Rest In Peace.

Thank you to the creator of this wonderful tribute to my Grandma. She would be so very grateful for the kind words. I have some fabulous pictures and video if you would like to add them. My Grandma was a treasure. Sometimes, a refuge in my early years. She was an ever present Grandma. She attended my children's birthdays and activities including baseball, soccer and dusty softball games behind the dug-out, my graduations, family BBQ's and picnics, and both of my children's high school graduations. She was even there for my brother's homecomings. She was there for it all. She will be sadly missed when my children graduate from college. They will miss her presence, I will miss her presence. Unconditional love is what my Grandma gave us. Even when she would get mad at me or did not approve of something that I did or said, she would not stay mad for long even though she would sometimes promise me that she was going to stay mad for a long time. All it took was a phone call and she would immedietly soften. She was truly a Grandma's Grandma. I remember when my Grandma was still working even after she had turned 65. I used to plead with her to retire, so that her life would be easier. She loved her co-workers and treasured the friendships that she held so close. It was not until a recent conversation that I had with my Aunt Vi that I finally understood the need to keep working. As my Aunt Vi so eloquently put it, "working keeps my mind busy and allows me to be a part of the every day world" So true, Aunt Vi. Now I understand! Thank you to everyone who either attended my Grandma's funeral or remembered her in their thoughts and prayers. My family and I are grateful to all of you as I know my Grandma is as well. Take care and be safe. May God bless each and every one of you.
Most Sincerely,
Wendy Ann
P.S. Christine with an e. Many people confuse the e for an a, and Sarah and Casey are one in the same. We call her Casey. We also have a Samantha :o) Thank
