Barbara Lawless Donley published a tribute .

Vi was indeed a very special person. She broadened the world of my father, Bob Lawless, and taught him how to enjoy life. She inherited seven stepchildren, most out on their own, and helped raise 5(the younger ones. She remembered birthdays and graduations. We all feel her loss. After my fathers death, we had a memorial plaque installed at St John’s Methodist Church. It reads “Bob and Vi Lawless Vayacon Dios.”
